IMPORTANT NOTICE: BOM-PIC GLOBAL DATA PRIVACY NOTICE AND USAGE AGREEMENT: By using or signing up for the BOM-PIC App, an Over-the-Top (OTT) service, the user agrees that his or her data will be collected and used by BOM PIC GLOBAL LLC and Breakout Music LLC, in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and regulations of the territory. BOM PIC Global LLC and Breakout Music LLC may collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and location data through the BOM-PIC app. The user's data will be encrypted and stored securely, and may be used to provide personalized Movies, Music, and visual content recommendations, to communicate with the user about the BOM-PIC app and its features, and for marketing purposes. Breakout Music and BOM-PIC may also use the user's data to improve the BOM-PIC app and its services. The user's data may be stored locally or internationally and may be transferred to third-party service providers for processing, including but not limited to analytics, marketing, or technical support. Breakout music and BOM-PIC will take reasonable measures to ensure that the user's data is kept secure and protected from unauthorized access or disclosure. The user has the right to access, modify, or delete his or her data at any time and may withdraw consent for data processing. Withdrawing consent may result in the loss of access to personalized content. If the user has any concerns or questions about how his or her data is being used, he or she may contact Breakout music via the REMOVE MY DATA EMAIL LINK or email; info@breakoutmusic.com and request removal of data. Breakout Music and BOM-PIC may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and for analytics purposes. For more information, please refer to our Cookies Policy. User data will be retained for a reasonable period or as required by law. The criteria for data deletion include, but are not limited to, account inactivity, user request, or legal obligations. By using the BOM-PIC app, the user acknowledges that he or she has read and understood this notice of data usage and security and agrees to its terms. CREATORS: Only annual BOM-PIC members may submit. No refunds on annual membership after content submitted for review. Acceptance into the BOM-PIC creative community is strictly by our approval. No grants or payments are guaranteed. All content submitted must not be previously posted on YouTube. By paying your annual membership and submitting content for our approval, you are granting a perpetual copyright license to BOM and BOM-PIC on your submitted content. We have the right to use your name, image, likeness and content anywhere after you are paid for your content.
